Portfolio > Works in Grids

This is really more like a three-dimensional cat-dog. The body is that of a cat, but the muzzle is too long for a cat, giving the entire assemblage the appearance of a strange mutant type of creature. Yet I like it. For years it sat near my drafting table, but now it's on top of my chrome storage shelves, up high, where a cat rightfully belongs. I left in all the weird shadows that occurred when I took the slide. I felt it was part of the group in the grid section because using hardware cloth gave it the gridded appearance, and the shape is more geometric than realistic.
