Ellen Datlow, formerly fiction editor of Omni magazine, and my longtime friend. We met in the editorial offices of Holt, Rinehart and Winston, where we were both editorial assistants. Ellen is very well-known among science fiction fans and has her own website where she puts up her photographs and talks about doings in that community.
