Etchings
Edition of six: 1/6. Shelbourne Falls is one of those ideally New England towns. Formerly an industrial town, its industry has long since gone. What's left has become gentrified and "picturesque," which doesn't diminish its interest visually. One of the sights the town has developed is the Bridge of Flowers, which is a war memorial that is maintained by the local horticultural society. You can see a fragment of the bridge in the lower left of my image. I used hard and soft ground to create the image. Printed on Rives white printmaking paper.
